This is a free 10-20minute phone consultation where you have an opportunity to get to know me and ask any questions you may have about how I can assist you in your health journey. I am unable to provide you with any treatment plan or health advice during this consultation.

INITIAL NUTRITION CONSULTATION

New clients

This consultation will focus on obtaining comprehensive information about your health history, family medical history, diet and lifestyle and any other information to help to determine the root cause of your health concern.

During this consultation, we will work together to develop the health goals that will support the proposed treatment plan and discuss any further investigations. A detailed treatment plan will be emailed to you within 1-3 days.

Follow-up consultation will be recommended 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation, depending on your individual needs.

Please note that all supplements and functional pathology tests are at an additional cost.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

For existing clients only
Depending on your presentation, follow-up appointments will be recommended, to support your health journey. Nutritional medicine is not about a quick fix and based on your individual needs, getting to the root cause may require a time commitment.

The first follow-up consultation will be recommended in 2-3 weeks, to review the treatment plan and go through any biochemistry or functional testing.
